Expanding connectivity

by CompGuy

When I moved into my new house, I was held wanting for connectivity. There was no Wi-Fi connectivity in one room and garage. That is when i decided to look up information on the Internet for solution. Came across these range extenders with claims of extending my range.

After careful research figured out that the compatibility was the main issue I had to handle. I decided to go with my router manufacturer(netgear). It took me 5 minutes to dismantle the box and another 5 minutes to plug everything in following the instructions. No software to install. Turned it on and, MAGIC.

I tested my connectivity and it was positive everywhere. Also the security was not a concern as the encryption was handled by the router, these devices were just expanding the range of the signals. Also all the areas of the house were the signals were weak now showed good signal strength. Satisfied with it after installing at home.
