HP is far more concerned with their profits than they are with their customers. HP fails in support of their products, and will not stand behind their employees. Anyone who is looking to purchase a new computer should not buy HP. The headache is not worth it. I have 5 HP products in my home, and when I had trouble with a desk top, the first support person sent me the wrong product (cost $42), the second support person helped me out for over an hour, then, while the hard drive was being formatted, said I should call back when it was done. When I called back, I was informed that it would cost me $40 to complete the help --- this AFTER they had me wipe my hard drive. I will NEVER buy HP again.
